We understand there is a lot of uncertainty right now. We are living in unprecedented times for our generation. What is or isn't safe? Where can you and where can't you go? What is the best way to protect yourself and your family's health in this day and age? These are questions we haven't had to consider in 100 years. With all that is going on in the world right now, it is nice to know Umansky Subaru of Charlottesville has been here for you every step of the way, working to make sure you're safe as you look for your next Subaru.

Umansky Subaru of Charlottesville knows how important a dependable vehicle is during the current pandemic. That is why we have altered the way we do business, to make it the safest environment for you. That means making changes, big and little, to provide the cleanest atmosphere. From reducing the number of touchpoints in our waiting room to the cleanliness of our vehicles, there are many things we do, that you may not even notice, but hope you appreciate.

A Cleaner Product

When it comes to preventing the spread of diseases, it starts with being clean. When you visit us from Ruckersville or Crozet, you want to know we are doing everything we can to protect you. Whether it is a new car you are looking for or getting the one you have serviced, every vehicle will be sanitized and disinfected from the circumference of the steering wheel down to the door handles. High traffic areas are consistently sanitized, as well, for your protection. Although we love being able to show our appreciation that you chose Charlottesville to get your Subaru, we are avoiding physical contact like handshakes.

Sadly, this means many convenience features are being limited or eliminated altogether. This includes magazines in the waiting area and other features that could be considered high touchpoint attractions. We are also temporarily suspending our complimentary shuttle service. Not seeing your favorite associate or team member? We are advising anyone with a cough, sniffle, or fever to stay home, for their sake and the sake of our customers. We don't want anyone taking any unwanted souvenirs back to Earlysville after a visit.

We don't consider these extreme measures. If anything, it is the least we can do to help our community limit the spread of the Coronavirus. We want everyone in our community to stay safe and healthy. We know you would do the same for us.
